We created the protein muffin with the aim of providing a different, even closer to home food product by incorporating spelled flour, which we strengthened with high protein wheat flour and 4 types of protein. We tried to preserve the taste and aroma of a home-baked cake, which we are used to eating since childhood.

The idea when preparing the new DELICIOUS PROTEIN MUFFIN was to provide a truly extremely clean and healthy product - without trans fat, palm oil, with minimal amounts of saturated fat, rich in useful fats, which makes it extremely balanced and suitable for any type of nutrition.
The carbohydrates in the product are completely complex, as it does not contain sugar, fructose or glucose and their varieties.
The product is sweetened with stevia and maltitol.
